As leaders of the program, the coaching staff’s goal is not popularity: our goal is to play the nine players that play the best together. We will always place the team needs ahead of any individual. Our decisions are never personal, we believe in giving players all the attention, encouragement, and coaching we can find time for, but when it comes to making decisions on the team’s behalf, no coach can allow personal feelings to interfere with team needs
