2026 TRYOUT INFORMATION

DATES: 3/2 - 3/6/2026

REQUIREMENTS:  

1) Complete the BHS Student Athletic Participation Survey.

• Log in to your Student IC Account
• Student View
• Click "Message Center"
• Open the Survey Tab and click on the Athletic Participation 25-26 Survey. 
• Submit the Survey 

NOTE: You can check to see if your survey has been submitted by going to  Student Information, selecting General, and then Student Agreements.

2) Submit a Current Physical to the Athletic Office.   Physicals must be dated after 1/30/26.   To check the status of your physical:  

• Click on the Immunizations tab under Health in Infinite Campus 
• Scroll down to see the date of the current physical on file.  

NOTE: Multi-sport athletes need only submit one physical form.

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRYOUT WITHOUT COMPLETING BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING. 

Each player intending to try out needs to register. Only one form needs to be submitted.
